The Presbyterian Hospital is Govern by the Presbyterian Hospital Board, which is constituted by the Synod of the Mizoram Presbyterian church.

The Governing Board runs the Hospital in accordance with the Synod Service Rules as one of the Departments under the Mizoram Synod.

The constitution of the Board are as follows:

Chairman                      - Moderator, Mizoram Presbyterian Church.

Secretary                      - Director, Presbyterian Hospital

Ex-Officio Members     - Executive Secretary i/c Hospitals

                                    - Synod Secretary

                                    - Moderator Elect

                                    - Medical Superintendent

                                    - Nursing Superintendent

                                    - Manager

Nominated Members    - Five members Nominated by the Mizoram Synod

                                    - One member each from all the Presbyteries under the Mizoram Synod

                                    - Two Staff representatives

The Board in turn constituted a smaller Executive Committee which oversees to the detailed activities of the Hospital

The Hospital is also a registered society under the Registration of Societies Act XXI of 1860.
